Refund & Returns Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to the personal nature of postpartum and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return Email us at info@twistedplum.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
