Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times We ship across South Africa via courier. Estimated delivery times are:

• Gauteng: 2–3 business days
• Other major cities: 3–5 business days
• Remote/outlying areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
